Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This policy explains what personal information Zenvyro ("we", "us") collects through zenvyro.agency, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We only collect what we need to reply to you and to work on your project.

Zenvyro is a web design and development agency. For any privacy question or request, contact us at zenvyroltd@gmail.com.

We collect information you choose to give us when you:

  • send an enquiry through the contact form (name, email, business, message, budget range and the services you're interested in)
  • book a call (name, email, phone number if given, business and anything you'd like to discuss)
  • complete a project brief (details about your business, goals, design preferences, links to your files and contact details)
  • email us directly

Our hosting provider also processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the website securely and protect it from abuse.

  • to reply to your enquiry and arrange the call you booked
  • to prepare proposals and design work you've asked for
  • to deliver and support the services you buy from us
  • to keep the website secure and working properly

We do not sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, and for our legitimate interests in running and securing our business. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Vercel (website hosting)
  • Resend (sending emails from our website)
  • Google (our email inbox)
  • GitHub (secure storage of project briefs, where applicable)

Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where this happens, they rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent frameworks.

We keep enquiries and briefs for up to 24 months if we don't end up working together, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • correct or update it
  • ask us to delete it
  • restrict or object to how we use it
  • receive a copy in a portable format

To make a request, email zenvyroltd@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to keep your information safe. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
